1. The data we collect

When you book a vehicle or send an inquiry through the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and booking details (dates, location, selected vehicle and extras). This data is processed by Allure Rent a Car in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.

2. Why we process your data

We use your data solely to process and confirm your booking, to communicate with you about your rental, to issue invoices and to reply to inquiries sent through the contact form. We do not pass your data on to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How long we keep your data

Booking data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax regulations. We store data in a secure environment (Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit), and only authorised staff have access to it.

4. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent to any processing that is not necessary for the performance of the rental agreement. You can send your request to allure.rentacar@gmail.com.

5. Cookies

The allurerentacar.rs website uses strictly necessary cookies so that the booking system and the admin panel login session work properly. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
