Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Allure Rent a Car (hereinafter: “the Lessor”) and the user of the vehicle rental service (hereinafter: “the Customer”). By booking a vehicle through the allurerentacar.rs website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

2. Rental requirements

The Customer must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of 1 year. A valid ID card or passport and a driving licence must be presented when the vehicle is picked up.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by the Lessor. The rental price is calculated according to the number of rental days and the selected extras, plus VAT. A deposit is charged when the vehicle is picked up and is refunded in full if the vehicle is returned in the agreed condition and on time.

4. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel a booking free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Cancelling after that deadline, or failing to appear for pick-up without justification, may incur a fee equal to 1 day of rental.

5. Use of the vehicle

The vehicle may be used only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. It is prohibited to use the vehicle to carry passengers or goods for payment, to take part in motorsport events, or to cross the border without the Lessor’s prior consent (available as the “Cross-border travel” extra).

The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). Mileage limits:

• 1-day rental (24 hours): the limit is 150 km, and every kilometre over the limit is charged at €0.50.
• 2- or 3-day rental: the limit is 150 km per day, and every kilometre over the limit is charged at €0.20.
• Long-term rental (one month or longer): the limit is 5,000 km per month.

6. Insurance and liability

All vehicles carry basic comprehensive insurance. The Customer may purchase “Full insurance”, which reduces the Customer’s share of any damage to a minimum. The Customer bears full responsibility for any traffic offences committed during the rental period.
